Terms and Conditions for Cashback

1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Online Wallet / Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.

2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).

3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).

4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.

5. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.

6. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

7. All Participants agree that wallet partner offering discount vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the discount vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount voucher by the Participants.

8. The Wallet Partner/payment Processing Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner / payment Processing Partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.

10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Kwick Living (I) Private Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the wallet partner/payment processing partner.

11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.

12. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.

13. The wallet partner/payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

14. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Rs. 300 Food voucher

1.This offer entitles the end user Rs. 300 off on the Food Partner App in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher.

2.This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.

3.The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e., only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.

4.Offer valid for all days of the week.

5.Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.

6.Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.

7.A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.

8.If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.

9.This offer is only for Home Delivery.

10.In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 300

11. Failure to activate this food card within 15 days of receipt will render the card invalid and unusable. In such a case this food card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions for Fuel Voucher

1.This fuel voucher can be redeemed at Selected partner outlets

2. The person who has the partner fuel Code/GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.

3. The partner is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

4. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed against one transaction

5. This is a One-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.

6. No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.

7.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.

8. Fuel Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.

9.Any dispute related to the Fuel Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Partner shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of the partner.

11. The partner reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.

12. Partner reserves the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion. In such a case, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will provide an alternate reward of similar value. This will fulfil our promotional obligations towards you.

13. The partner reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.

14. In no event the liability of the partner or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute i.e. Rs. 500

15. The partner Instant Gift Voucher/Paycode can be used only to pay for petroleum products (Petrol, Diesel and CNG).

16. Failure to activate this fuel gift voucher within 15 days of receipt will render the card invalid and unusable. In such a case this food card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.

Terms & conditions for Gold Voucher

1. This Voucher is valid only for the purchase of select Products from authorized partner showrooms.

2. This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.

3. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the balance is non-refundable.

4. The GVs are valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of issue.

5. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Voucher.

6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing offers at partner stores.

7. Customers are required to bring along Photo ID proof (with address) for redeeming the Gift Voucher. Below mentioned ID proofs will be Valid –

• Aadhar Card

• Voter ID Card

• Driving License

• Passport

8. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 6500

Terms & Conditions for Mega Reward (Bike Gift Voucher)

1. “Bike Voucher” shall mean and imply a voucher of value Rs. 80,000, at the ex-showroom Price of a pre-selected brand.

2. “Price” shall mean the ex-showroom basic price of the Bike and not the “on-road” price and specifically excludes all taxes, registration costs, insurance, levies, etc. (as may be applicable).

3. The bike voucher holder to bear the cost of Registrations, Road Tax, Insurance, Registration, and any other incidental costs that occur over and above the value of the voucher

4. All forms of taxes, including gift tax, income tax etc. will be borne by the winner.

5. The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No request for a change in make, model, colour, and specifications etc of the car will be entertained.

6. All the participants shall be required to ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them via the website or otherwise are true, accurate and in use. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the participants agency shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned participants.

7. Beco or it’s partner agency shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the participants. Further, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile phones, e-mail accounts and passwords.

8. Beco or it’s partner agency accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Tax is to be borne by the winner. Winners will have to bear incidental costs if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes.

9. The delivery time will vary depending on the availability of the Bike. On receipt of complete Winners information and completion of all formalities, the approximate delivery time will be communicated to the confirmed winners. Goods once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

10. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.

11. In case the Bike is not available in the winner city, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will arrange the availability of the in the nearest city wherever the bike dealership is available. All costs associated with traveling/accommodation or any other cost which might incur will be borne by the winner.

12. There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else.

13. Beco reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value.

14. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by Beco, but not limited to, meeting of the participants‟ requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.

15. All the costs and expenses for collecting the prize will be borne solely by the winner and Beco or its partner agency shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.

Any retailer completed their registration successfully on www.becoreward.bigcityexperience.com by 07/10/2023 will be eligible to win the Mega reward.
Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of the agency
The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Beco or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Beco / its Agency, and under no circumstances, Beco shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique Number + Unique mobile number + Unique Email ID + Unique Address
In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.

Contacting Winners:

1. For Mega Prize Winner: Once the Winner is selected, the Partner Agency shall process the gift for the winner. In the event the shortlisted winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, upto two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the contest comes to an end and the Participant's entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.
2. In the event the shortlisted winner attends the call on either the second or third attempt, the procedure outlined in step (d) shall apply.
3. If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate or is not able to submit the required documents within the stipulated time as mentioned by the agency, no winner is selected, no prize shall be declared in respect of the contest.
4. In case of a positive response from the shortlisted winner for Winners, each such shortlisted winner will be required to send the following documents and collateral:
  - Copy of Address proof (Electricity bill or Mobile Bill) for Mega Prize winners
  - Copy of Aadhar Card & PAN Card for Mega Prize winners
  - Copy of Driving License for Mega Prize (Bike) Winner
  - Self Attested copy of No Dues Certificate for Mega Prize (Bike) Winner
  - This will be referred to as Participation Package for the winner. The completed Participation Package needs to be sent to agency within 48 hours of the call made by Agency to the selected winner.
  - Upon receipt of the Participation Package, Partner Agency shall scrutinize all documents. If all the documents and the original promotional voucher with winning code clearly mentioned, submitted are in order and valid then be treated as a Confirmed Winner.
  - Beco or its partner agency can ask for additional documents / information from the participant at any time.
  - No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
  - The cost and expenses of postage shall be borne by the participant himself. Beco or the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap or loss of the Participation Package by the participant in transit.
  - The responsibility of ensuring that the Participation Package reaches the address as directed Partner Agency lies solely with the participants.
  - No justification/explanation for non-receipt of the Participation Package or any missing documents shall be accepted.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

19. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

23. Kwick Living (I) Private Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.

24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

25. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
